Mark E. Hunt was born in Wiesbaden, Germany. He is admitted to the bar in Tennessee and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee, District of Colorado, and Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. Tax Court and the Supreme Court of Tennessee. He received his undergraduate education from Louisiana State University and his law degree from the University of Tennessee, where he graduated with honors. He has served as a guest speaker for many trade associations and is the co-author of a number of Comment Series publications including Independent Contractor Status and Alternate Delivery Legal Issues. Mr. Hunt is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations. His practice areas include Administrative Law, Communications Law, Contract Law, Franchise Law, Media Law, Antitrust and Trade Regulation, Tax Law, Circulation Law, Distribution Law, and Wage and Hour Law. |
