Michael D. Oesterle was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is admitted to the bar in Wisconsin and Tennessee and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth, Seventh and Ninth Circuits, as well as the U.S. District Court, Western District of Wisconsin and Middle District of Tennessee. Mr. Oesterle received his undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, where he graduated magna cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison where he graduated cum laude. While attending law school, he was the Note and Comment editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal. He is a member of the Employment Law Sections of the Wisconsin, Tennessee and American Bar Associations, a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and a member of the Construction Law Sections of the Tennessee and American Bar Associations. Mr. Oesterle is a partner in King & Ballow’s Labor Section and heads the firm’s construction law practice. His practice areas include Labor and Employment Law, Labor Negotiations, NLRB Litigation, NLRB Election Campaigns, OSHA Compliance and Litigation, Construction Contract Negotiations and Litigation, Prevailing Wage Compliance and Litigation, Arbitrations and Alternate Dispute Resolution. |
