Alan
E. Korpady is an attorney in the Entertainment Section of King &
Ballow. Mr. Korpady received his law degree from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison and his undergraduate degree summa cum laude
from Rippon College.
Mr. Korpady is former deputy counsel to the Office of Wisconsin Commissioner
of Securities. He has served as official advisor to the National Conference
of Commissioners on Uniform State Law and as chairperson of the North
American Securities Administrators Association Franchise and Business
Opportunities Committee. His practice is concentrated in securities,
intellectual property, technology licensing and unfair competition.
