Jo
Anne Rosenblum is an attorney in the Antitrust Section and primarily works
in the areas of Antitrust Law and General Business Litigation.
Ms. Rosenblum graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies, and received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law
School.
After completing law school, Ms. Rosenblum was a judicial clerk for The
Honorable W. Stephen Thayer III of the New Hampshire
Supreme Court before entering private practice at Hutchins & Wheeler,
in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Rosenblum practiced in
the areas of Bankruptcy and General Litigation for two years before joining
Shapiro, Grace, Haber & Urmy, where Ms.
Rosenblum focused on Securities Law and Class Action Litigation for four
years.
Ms. Rosenblum is admitted to practice in Tennessee
and Massachusetts.
