Kathleen
Henderson is an attorney in the Litigation Section.
Ms. Henderson received her law degree from the Cumberland
School of Law at Samford University and her undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy.
Ms. Henderson served as judicial clerk to the Honorable T. Michael Putnam,
United States Federal Court, Northern District of Alabama. She has also served as a trial
attorney for the Office of the Solicitor for the U.S. Department of Labor. With
the Department of Labor, she litigated OSHA matters in Alabama,
Mississippi and Florida.
Ms. Henderson’s practice focuses on advising clients in the areas of
Wage and Hour Law, Fair Labor Standards Act, and Occupational Safety and
Health Act.
She is admitted to practice in Alabama and
Tennessee.
