Kelly
Randall is an attorney in the Intellectual Property Section of King &
Ballow in Nashville, Tennessee.
Ms. Randall
received her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law,
where she was the Editor-in-Chief for the Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy and was a member of the
ABA Representation in Mediation Competition team. In addition, Ms. Randall
received the second prize in the ASCAP Nathan Burkan
Memorial Competition for writing in copyright at the University of Tennessee
College of Law. Before attending law school,
Ms. Randall worked for several years in the Nashville music industry. She earned her
Bachelor of Music degree magna cum
laude from Vanderbilt
University, with a
double major in Musical Arts and German.
Ms. Randall is
admitted to practice in Tennessee
and is a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator.
