Larry
D. Crabtree is a partner in the Tax Section. He received his undergraduate
degree from Tennessee Technological University
and his law degree from the University
of Tennessee. Mr.
Crabtree's practice is concentrated in the field of pension benefits.
Prior to joining King k Ballow, he served
as Director of Pensions for Advanced Financial Planning Corporation in Nashville. Mr.
Crabtree also served on the Benefit Plan Service Committee, a six member,
national advisory panel, for Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company. He is
a regular speaker at the continuing education seminars for accountants
through American Institute of Tax Return Preparers and has been licensed as
a registered securities representative with the National Association of
Securities Dealers. Mr. Crabtree is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations.
Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in
all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of Civil Trial,
Criminal Trial, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Creditor's
Rights, Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, Accounting Malpractice,
