Michael D. Oesterle is a partner in
the Labor Section and is the head of King k Ballow’s
Construction Law Section. Mr. Oesterle earned his undergraduate degree from
the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he graduated magna cum laude
and he earned his law degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where
he graduated cum laude. While attending law school, he was Note and
Comment Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
Mr. Oesterle represents clients in steel processing, trucking,
broadcasting, newspaper and book publishing, printing and construction. His
practice in these and other industries focuses on all areas of labor and
employment law, including labor negotiations, occupational safety and
health consultation, and associated litigation. He has conducted seminars
and in-house training for clients throughout the country.
Mr. Oesterle is a member of the Tennessee, Wisconsin and American Bar Associations.
He is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Wisconsin, and before the U.S.
Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Sixth, Seventh, and Ninth
Circuits and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Tennessee
and the Western District of Wisconsin.
Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in
all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of Civil Trial,
Criminal Trial, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Creditor's
Rights, Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, Accounting Malpractice,
