Mark
E. Stamelos is a partner in the Litigation Section.
Mr. Stamelos is a graduate of Capital University Law School, where he
served as chairman of competitions for the moot court board. He was
selected as an oralist representing three of the
school's National Moot Court
Competition teams. Mr. Stamelos received his undergraduate degree from San
Francisco State University, where he majored in psychology.
Upon completion of his law school degree, Mr. Stamelos served as judicial
clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth V. Hallanan, United States
District Court, Southern District of West
Virginia. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee
and California.
