Patricia Porter Kryder is an attorney in the Tax Section
and primarily works in the areas of Tax and General Business Law.
Prior to joining King & Ballow, Ms. Kryder engaged
in “private client services” for high net worth individuals and
businesses. She was previously “of counsel” to the law firm, Heiskell, Donelson, Bearman, Adams, Williams & Kirsch, and a partner
with Waller, Lansden, Dortch
and Davis, both in Nashville, Tennessee.
Ms. Kryder graduated from Denison
University with a Bachelor's degree, magna cum laude in Pre-Law (Political
Science) and Education, and received her Juris
Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University School
of Law and an L.L.M. (in Taxation) from the University of Florida
Graduate Tax Program.
Ms. Kryder is admitted to practice in Florida, Tennessee and the District of Columbia.
Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in all
areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of Civil Trial,
