Richard
S. Busch is a partner in the Litigation Section. Prior to joining the firm
in 1991, Mr. Busch served as law clerk to the Honorable John V. Parker,
Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of
Louisiana.
Mr. Busch received his law degree from Loyola University Law School where
he was a member of the Loyola University Law Review and the Moot Court
Board, serving as Spring National Team coach. In addition, Mr. Busch
received the American Jurisprudence Award for Secured Transactions and the
Fishman Award as the outstanding commercial law student for the 1988-1989
school year. Mr. Busch was also a Contributing
Editor to Vitello, More Noise From The Tower of Babel = Making "Sense" out
of Reves v. Ernst & Young, and 56 Ohio State
Law Journal 1363.
Mr. Busch is a member of the Nashville, Louisiana
and American Bar Associations.
Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in
all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of Civil Trial,
Criminal Trial, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Creditor's
