Richard
C. Lowe is a partner at King k Ballow. He received
his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee,
where he graduated with high honors, Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Lowe received his
law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and is a member
of the Ohio and Tennessee Bar Associations and the National Institute for
Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Lowe's practice deals primarily in the representation of management in
all areas of Employment Law and Related Litigation,
and he is a frequent lecturer on employment law issues throughout the
country.
Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in
all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of Civil Trial,
Criminal Trial, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Creditor's
