Thomas
J. Motzny is an attorney in the Intellectual Property Section of King &
Ballow in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mr. Motzny
received his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago
Illinois, graduating magna cum laude,
Order of the Coif. While in law
school, Mr. Motzny earned a certificate in Intellectual Property law, was a
member of the Moot Court Trial Team, and was awarded a CALI award for excellence in Wills and
Trusts. He received a
Bachelor’s Degree, with honors, in English with a minor in philosophy
also from DePaul.
Before coming to
King & Ballow, Mr. Motzny worked at a small IP firm in Chicago focused on trademark and
copyright prosecution and litigation.
Mr. Motzny is
admitted to practice in Illinois.
