OVERVIEW

King & Ballow's OSHA Section entails the full representation of employers before state and federal enforcement agencies in all areas of compliance with OSHA. King & Ballow advise employers on compliance with OSHA regulations. In cases where an OSHA investigation has been initiated over an alleged workplace hazard, King & Ballow attorneys are involved in the on-site OSHA investigation and post-citation representation of the client. Post-citation representation includes preparation of defenses and appearances at informal conferences and all subsequent proceedings before the Administrative Law judge and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Board.
