employment laws. These hand-on sessions are tailored to each
client’s need to prepare managers for preventing and handling tough
situations in the workplace. Frequent topics cover the full range of
labor and employment law issues including wage and hour law,
discrimination and harassment issues, Family and Medical Leave Act,
Americans with Disabilities Act, maintaining a union-free work
environment, whistleblower claims, and wrongful discharge claims.
Managers and employees are called upon to test their legal knowledge
through case studies, true/false and multiple choice quizzes, role
playing, and mock trials. King
