If
you file the DV application yourself, there is no fee required. Many
applications are rejected for being prepared improperly or by missing
the filing period. If you would prefer legal assistance in filing
your application, King & Ballow will do so for you.
Fees for King & Ballow Preparing and Filing the DV Application:
$150 per person
$200 per married couple
Fees are payable with Visa, Mastercard (preferred for faster preparation),
Money Order or Check.
If you would like us to prepare your application, contact us by email

or call us at 615.726.5431. We will arrange payment and provide you
with a questionnaire and instructions, and prepare the application.
Remember, you must sign and return the application to us to file,
